From riders on the road to engineers at the keyboard, we hire people who think of Nomad as a craft, not a job. If you care about getting things to where they need to go — on time, every time — we want to hear from you.
Don’t see your exact role? Send us your CV anyway — we hire continuously and the shape of the team grows with the business.
The face of Nomad on the road. You collect packages from Lagos pickup points and deliver them on time, every time. We hire vetted, ID-verified riders with a clean track record who treat every package like it was their own — fragile, valuable and on a tight clock.
What you bring: a valid rider’s licence, strong knowledge of Lagos roads, and a phone that can run our dispatch app. We provide the dispatch motorcycle, training and protective gear.
You are the voice of Nomad on WhatsApp, phone and email. You handle bookings, answer tracking questions, resolve issues quickly and keep customers informed at every step. You know the difference between a customer who wants a fix and one who wants to be heard, and you respond with calm and clarity.
What you bring: excellent written and spoken English, fast typing, patience, and the ability to think on your feet when a delivery doesn’t go to plan.
We’re a young company that takes care of the people moving us forward.
Riders become dispatchers. Dispatchers become hub managers. Customer support becomes account managers. We promote from within first.
Salaries are paid on time, every time. No “end of the month” drama. Performance bonuses for hitting hub-level SLAs.
Health cover from day one for full-time staff. Riders are insured on the road. Welfare matters when the work is physical.
Onboarding is structured, not “shadow Tunde for a week.” Customer service, route planning, package handling — all formalised.
Lagos-based, full-time staff with proper contracts. Our riders are full Nomad employees with training, progression and welfare — not casual contractors swapped in and out. We invest in the people who show up.
Small enough that you’ll meet leadership in your first week. Big enough that the systems already work and your job is to make them better.
We hire continuously and the shape of the team grows with the business. If you bring something we need, we’ll find a place for you.
